What information do you need from us to get started?
Employee name, role, department, start or end date, and manager. We maintain your standard configurations by role so you do not need to specify every application or permission each time.
Can you handle remote employees?
Absolutely. We ship pre-configured hardware anywhere in the US with tracking. For offboarding, we send pre-paid return labels and coordinate pickup if needed.
Do you support BYOD environments?
Yes. For BYOD setups, we handle account provisioning, MDM enrollment, security policy application, and provide the employee with setup instructions. On offboarding, we remove corporate data and profiles from personal devices.
