Accessibility Statement
Techvera is committed to making our digital experience usable by everyone, regardless of ability.
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Our Commitment
Techvera is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to techvera.com and the customer portal at help.techvera.com.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities — including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.
Conformance status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address remaining gaps.
What We've Done
- Semantic HTML structure across all marketing and resource pages
- Keyboard navigation supported for all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls
- Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page
- Alt text for informative images; decorative images marked appropriately
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text)
- ARIA landmarks identifying navigation, main content, and footer regions
- Form labels associated with inputs; error messages announced to assistive tech
- Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small-screen devices
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Embedded third-party content:Some embedded tools (chat widget, calendar scheduling, certain video players) are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We're working with these vendors to improve.
- Older PDFs:Some downloadable PDFs published before 2025 may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We're re-tagging high-traffic resources first.
- Complex visualizations: Certain interactive charts and calculators provide tabular alternatives but the primary visual may not be fully described.
Compatible Technologies
Our site is designed to be compatible with current and recent versions of the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge (current and one previous major version)
Assessment Approach
We assess accessibility through a combination of:
- Automated testing with Lighthouse and axe-core during development
- Manual keyboard-only and screen-reader testing on key user flows
- Periodic third-party accessibility audits
- Direct feedback from our customers and visitors

Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We track accessibility findings as we ship new pages and features, and we re-audit our highest-traffic pages each quarter. This statement is reviewed and updated at least annually.
