Manhattan executive/financial office of a major defense prime contractor
Executive Office of a National Prime: Enclave for the C-Suite
- Challenge
- Executive, legal, and corporate-development functions of a national prime, housed in a Manhattan office separate from the prime's operational and engineering sites. CUI reached the NY office through M&A diligence, pricing decisions on classified-program bids, and board materials. The CISO's central program was designed around operational sites and did not cleanly extend to a small white-collar footprint with very senior user principals.
- Outcome
- Stood up a dedicated managed enclave for the NY office with identity federation to the parent CISO program, document-level DLP tuned for M&A and bid artifacts, and an executive-friendly collaboration layer that didn't force the C-suite through the friction patterns acceptable at engineering sites. Parent CISO program extended cleanly; local users retained productivity.
