We procure from all major manufacturers including Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Microsoft Surface. As an Apple Authorized Reseller and Dell partner, we get competitive pricing on the devices our clients use most. We also source monitors, docking stations, keyboards, headsets, and other peripherals. If you need it for work, we can get it.
We pre-configure each device with your company image, applications, security policies, and user account before it ships. When the employee opens the box and connects to the internet, the device automatically enrolls in your MDM, downloads remaining configurations, and is ready to use. The employee never needs to visit an office or call IT. We use Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Autopilot to make this seamless.
Everything hardware-related. Once you confirm a new hire, we select and procure the right device, configure it with your apps, security policies, and user account, then ship it directly to the employee. They receive tracking info and a welcome guide. On their start date they open the box, power on, and they are ready to work. The whole process typically takes under 48 hours from request to delivery.
We send the departing employee a pre-paid shipping kit with clear instructions. If they do not return the device within your defined window, we send automated reminders with escalating urgency. We track every device through the return process and confirm receipt. Once returned, we securely wipe the device, update your asset inventory, and either redeploy or retire it based on its condition and age.
Yes. We handle procurement and shipping across the US and coordinate international deployments through our logistics partners. Power adapters, keyboard layouts, and regional compliance requirements are all handled. Most domestic shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days, and international within 5 to 10.
FleetOps is included as part of our managed IT service for clients on a per-user plan. Hardware costs are quoted separately based on your device preferences and volume. There are no surprise fees for provisioning, tracking, or retrieval. We handle the logistics so you just see a clean per-user cost and a separate hardware line item when you buy devices.
We track warranty status for every device in your fleet. When something breaks, your employee contacts our service desk and we coordinate the repair. For devices under warranty, we manage the manufacturer claim. For out-of-warranty devices, we assess whether repair or replacement makes more financial sense and give you a recommendation with the numbers behind it.
