Please note: We no longer work on computers that have Windows XP or Vista, as Microsoft no longer supports them and it is generally more cost effective to replace an older machine rather than repair it. We are happy to help transfer data from an XP or Vista machine and recycle it if you like.

We’ll ask you some diagnostic questions and take your information to get started. After matching you with the appropriate technician for your needs, we will schedule a time and day that works for you. We can generally get you scheduled same day or within 24 hours Monday – Friday, and emergency service is always available any day of the week. The technician will call you at the appointment time, give you a unique code to enter on our website to allow him remote access, then begin the repairs. Each session is unique and secure, and after disconnecting the remote connection is terminated meaning we can’t connect again without you allowing it.
