Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm (office is closed from 12 pm – 1 pm). Booking an in-store appointment does not reserve a repair spot, but will speed up the check-in process. In-store appointments are not required, but recommended for faster service.

Please note: We no longer work on computers that have Windows XP or Vista, as Microsoft no longer supports them and it is generally more cost effective to replace an older machine rather than repair it. We are happy to help transfer data from an XP or Vista machine and recycle it if you like.

We’ll ask you some diagnostic questions and take your information to get started. The check-in fee is $50-125 depending on the condition of your computer, and this amount will be applied to your final repair total. After the diagnostic process is complete (around 24 hours from time of check-in) your technician will call you with the results, give you the total for repair, and answer any questions you may have. Most repairs are completed within 48 hours. If parts need to be ordered to complete the repair, add 3-7 days for shipping (your technician will give you an ETA). All work is done in-house and your computer never leaves our shop.
